Austenitic stainless steel is the most widely used stainless steel pipe for heat exchanger. Its alloy grades are OCr18Ni9 (304) and 00crl8ni10 (304L), accounting for more than 80% of the output of austenitic steel. As the history of large-scale use of stainless steel tubes for heat exchangers in China is not long, and the special, systematic and normative standards are not perfect, most of the stainless steel welded tubes sold in the market and applied to the power industry are produced according to the foreign brands and technical requirements.
